Charlotte Lynggaard

Charlotte Lynggaard is a Danish goldsmith and jewellery designer who combines femininity with elegance, often inspired by nature. Her collections are infused with organic and majestic beauty, always expressing a joy for life.

Trained as a goldsmith, Charlotte officially joined her father’s brand, Ole Lynggaard, in 1987 as an apprentice goldsmith. In 1994, she launched her very first jewellery collection and has since become known for her feminine and elegant jewellery designs.

As an artist and designer, Charlotte never leaves anything to chance. Joy, quality of life, and her love for nature shine through her work and have always been fundamental to her design. For Svenskt Tenn, she designed the table setting collection called “The North Sea” for the exhibition with the same name, in spring 2022.

“I have been a jewellery designer for 35 years, but I have always had a love for textiles: napkins, tablecloths… and for table settings. I collect tableware and enjoy mixing and matching different colours and prints.”
