Glass Egg Helianthus
Easter 2025 at Svenskt Tenn has been named Helianthus after the vibrant sunflowers in Josef Frank’s timeless New Orleans print. This year’s collection is a colourful celebration in yellow, red, blue, and green, where new decorations are combined with timeless classics from the historical archive.
Among this year’s new additions are mouth-blown glass eggs, featuring hand-painted stripes in colours drawn from Josef Frank’s New Orleans print.
Shop nowThe Helianthus glass eggs come in a variety of sizes, each suited to different uses. The largest eggs are perfect for the biggest branches, while the medium and smaller ones are ideal for decorating this year’s Easter twigs. The smallest eggs in the series are also designed to hang from Svenskt Tenn’s classic Plym candle rings, created by Estrid Ericson.
In the New Orleans print, formerly called Dixieland, the Atlantic Ocean and its surrounding continents are depicted. Josef Frank illustrates Africa filled with gigantic sunflowers, while the vast Amazon is bursting with watermelons.
Discover the printEaster bouquets truly shine in Svenskt Tenn’s classic vases and pots. A bunch of tulips in the Pion vase, ranunculi in Björn Trägårdh’s pewter vase from 1933, or poppies in Josef Frank’s tall Vase No. 13.
Discover vasesThis year’s Easter table setting is as colourful as it is inviting, with a festive, block-printed cotton tablecloth as the foundation. The blue tones in the tablecloth are echoed in the small glass grape hyacinths adorning the table.
